Stage 21: Tour De France

What a day and what an accomplishment. Never underestimate what a small group can achieve. The last day is just a celebration. Very easy riding. A big peloton and incredible ending at the Champs-Élysées. People lined up across the street to welcome the DDEAV team. I am incredibly grateful we were welcomed into the fold and supported. The riding is done but the fundraising continues - if you have wondered why I put myself through this, it’s because when it comes to fundraising, I don’t believe in just asking people to support a cause I care about, I believe in putting something on the line and in this case, it was my body and time.
